Delivery Policy - Travelife
- If you pay for your Travelife Sustainability System subscription or additional user licences via the online PayPal facility, they are automatically activated as soon as your payment has been processed by PayPal.
- If you make a credit card payment via telephone, your subscription or additional user licences may take up to three working days to become active.
- Whilst a Travelife subscription may include pre-payment for a verified audit, the audit must be requested separately before it can be scheduled.
- If you qualify for an Award Plaque, please note that these are personalised and may take up to 6 weeks to manufacture.
- Deliveries, including audit requests should take no more than 8 weeks, regardless of delivery method, unless overridden by additional explicit contractual provision such as for bespoke products/services. Urgent deliveries must be arranged separately.
- Shipping & Handling Costs: Please note that Award Plaques are expensive to deliver simply due to their size and weight. Whilst we endeavour to cover the cost of postage and packing, we will deliver by the cheapest method available unless other arrangements have been made.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy - Travelife
- If within 14 days of your payment you are not satisfied with your Travelife Sustainability System subscription we agree to refund you in full. Beyond this 14 day period, refunds will only be made in exceptional circumstances and only then upon application to sales@its4travel.com.
- If your award plaque arrives damaged please inform us immediately. We will only replace damaged award plaques free of charge if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery.
